Workshop administration: attendance records, payment confirmation references, and feedback you voluntarily submit.

Enquiry emails are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a booking converts to an enrolment record. Enrolment and payment records are kept for seven years to meet Thai accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to fourteen months.
