These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website desktopmagnolia.click ("Site") operated by Desktop Magnolia Co., Ltd. ("Desktop Magnolia," "we," "us") and your enrolment in our in-person candlestick pattern training workshops and coaching sessions in Bangkok, Thailand.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enrol in our services.

2. Services described

Desktop Magnolia provides educational workshops and private coaching focused on candlestick chart reading for beginner traders. Sessions are conducted in person at our studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not provide brokerage services, investment advice regulated under Thai securities law, or trade execution on your behalf.

3. Enrolment and payment

Workshop places are confirmed upon receipt of the stated deposit. Balance payments are due as specified in your confirmation email. Prices quoted on the Site are informational; confirmed invoices reflect applicable discounts or group rates agreed at booking.

4. Intellectual property

Workbook materials, chart packs, glossary cards, and Site content are owned by Desktop Magnolia or licensed for our use. You may retain physical materials provided during sessions for personal study. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove a participant without refund for disruptive conduct, harassment, or recording sessions against studio policy.

6. Disclaimer of investment outcomes

Training covers chart reading techniques. Past pattern examples do not guarantee future trading results. You remain solely responsible for decisions made in your brokerage accounts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Desktop Magnolia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or attendance at sessions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

8. Site use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, introduce malicious code, or scrape content for commercial redistribution. The contact form is for genuine enquiries only.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
