Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to candlestick pattern workshops and chart coaching sessions offered by Desktop Magnolia Co., Ltd. at our Bangkok studio. It covers group workshops, private coaching packages, and bundled bookings.

1. Deposits

Group workshop bookings require a THB 800 deposit to hold a seat. Coaching packages require 50% payment upfront. Deposits are applied toward the total session fee.

2. Cancellation by participant

  • More than 72 hours before session start: Full refund of any amounts paid, or free transfer to a later date within six months.
  • 24–72 hours before session start: Deposit is non-refundable. Balance paid may be transferred once to a later date within six months.
  • Less than 24 hours before session start or no-show: All fees paid are non-refundable. Materials prepared for your seat cannot be reallocated on short notice.

3. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours notice. Additional reschedules incur a THB 200 administrative fee. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled once per appointment with 24 hours notice.

4. Cancellation by Desktop Magnolia

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness, studio maintenance, or insufficient enrolment, you receive a full refund or priority placement on the next available date — your choice. We notify you by email as early as possible.

5. Partial refunds

Partial refunds apply only when you attend part of a multi-session coaching package and we mutually agree to terminate remaining sessions in writing. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions refunded at 80% of the per-session pro-rata value to cover scheduling costs.

6. Non-refundable items

  • Deposits forfeited under the 24–72 hour cancellation window
  • Printed materials already prepared and couriered for off-site corporate bookings
  • No-show fees as described above

7. Bundle bookings

Foundation + Clinic bundles follow the cancellation rules of whichever session is cancelled first. If you complete the foundation session and cancel the clinic with more than 72 hours notice, the clinic portion alone is refunded at the bundle pro-rata rate.

8. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method (bank transfer or PromptPay). You receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

9. Work already started

If you leave a session early for personal reasons after it has begun, fees are not refunded. If instructor error materially prevents delivery of advertised content, contact us during the break to discuss partial credit toward a future session.

10. Private group bookings

Groups reserving all six seats may cancel with full refund up to seven days before the session. Within seven days, 50% of the group fee is retained to cover material preparation.

11. Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies may be considered for deposit credit on a case-by-case basis. Provide reasonable documentation within seven days of the missed session.
