Half-day group session
Foundation Candlestick Workshop
A half-day introduction to single-candle anatomy and basic reversal patterns, taught on printed charts at our Bangkok studio.
This is our flagship entry session. It is designed for adults who have funded a brokerage account — or plan to within the next month — but still feel uncertain when they look at a price chart.
Who this is for
You might recognise yourself if you watch market commentary online yet cannot sketch a candle from memory, or if you have placed a few trades based on tips without understanding what the bar structure showed at entry. No prior technical analysis study is required. We ask only that you arrive on time and willing to mark charts by hand.
What you will learn
The session covers open, high, low, and close relationships; body-to-wick ratios; and the difference between a reversal signal at support versus a mid-trend pause. You will practise identifying hammer, inverted hammer, shooting star, hanging man, and standard doji shapes on historical Thai SET examples.
We introduce context briefly: a hammer at the bottom of a downtrend carries different weight than the same shape in a sideways range. You will not learn position sizing or broker order types here — those sit outside the workshop scope.
